Verity works closely with the HaysMac leadership to develop and drive the Marketing and Business Development strategy.
Verity joined HaysMac in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience having spent the majority of her career in professional services. Verity leads the Marketing and BD function and works closely with the Sector and Market leadership team to build and execute the firms go to market strategy. Verity is also part of the HaysMac Management Team, reporting to the Managing Partner.
Prior to joining HaysMac, Verity started her career at Barclays working with entrepreneurial and scaling businesses before moving to PwC where she spent 15 years in a variety of Marketing and BD leadership roles.
Outside of work, Verity can mostly be found ferrying her children around their various sporting activities. When not playing taxi, she enjoys running, reading and travelling.
