Tom is a Senior Manager in the HaysMac Property team, specialising in real estate and construction.
He began his career training at BDO before joining HaysMac, and now works closely with some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients. Tom is known for his personable approach and deep technical expertise, which he brings to every engagement. He prioritises building strong, long-term relationships and takes pride in delivering high-quality, pragmatic audits that are both robust and efficiently managed to meet agreed timelines.
With extensive experience onboarding new clients, Tom ensures a seamless transition process from start to finish. Most recently, he and Jake successfully transitioned a business of similar scale from a top 6 firm, receiving excellent feedback on the process.
