Steve is Chair of the Leadership Board and an Independent Non-Executive Director, having joined HaysMac in 2022.
With a strong focus on Audit quality, Steve is also a member of the firm’s Audit Board.
As a KPMG partner for 20 years, Steve held a number of management positions and was on KPMG UK’s Audit Board. As well as his experience in management roles, he brings a wealth of experience from his work with listed, privately owned and private equity backed businesses. He has been the lead audit partner for many significant entities and advised clients across a wide range of matters, including financial reporting and accounting, corporate transactions, governance and financing.
Steve is also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee chair at AIM listed Billington Holdings Plc, and a non-executive on KPMG’s Central & Eastern Europe Board.
