Stephen enjoys advising clients on a wide range of taxes beyond corporation tax that impacts businesses that operate in the UK property sector, such as the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
Stephen specialises in UK corporation tax for the property sector, acting for UK and non-UK corporates to help them navigate the risks and opportunities that the UK tax system provides.
Prior to joining HaysMac in 2024, Stephen worked at a mid-tier firm for 10 years, where he worked across private client and corporation tax and began specialising in the property sector.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys going to the gym, seeing family and cooking.
