Prior to joining HaysMac in 2025, Lucy worked at a Big Four accountancy firm, where she gained extensive experience advising on tax matters for major corporate groups.
Lucy is passionate about developing others and has previously led teams, mentoring colleagues to achieve their professional goals.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys walking her cockapoo and undertakes charity work and was shortlisted for a Pride of Britain Award, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact.
