Jack specialises in providing transaction advisory services for private equity investors, corporates and management teams.
From initial deal preparation services to SPA advice and extensive buy and sell-side financial due diligence Jack has advised clients across the full deal cycle.
Jack has particular expertise in consumer-facing businesses including retail, leisure and hospitality and has worked with a number of largest European focused private equity houses operating in the market. Jack particularly enjoys working with rapid growth businesses seeking to maximise value for both management teams and investors alike.
Prior to joining HaysMac, Jack spent five years working in a Big Four financial due diligence team.
Outside of work, Jack tries to keep his young daughter and energetic cockapoo entertained in the many pub gardens of southwest London. He is also a keen sportsman playing the occasional poor round of golf when the sun is shining.
