Ben heads up the HaysMac Finance team and is part of the Management Team, reporting to the Managing Partner. He handles strategic financial planning, reporting, budgeting, financing, capital structuring, and financial systems. He's also on the project board for several key firmwide investment projects.
Ben has a proven track record of delivering success in senior international leadership roles within professional services for both listed firms and partnerships. He started his career with the Big Four before moving into industry, where he gained a wealth of experience in banking, real estate, construction, and professional services.
Ben has strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, and he combines commercial savvy with a solid background in economics and management consultancy. He has led finance and cross-functional project teams across various industries and geographies.
Ben has successfully raised over £45m in cross-portfolio litigation finance, set up overseas offices and subsidiaries, acquired a regulated law firm, and renewed a revolving credit facility.
Ben was featured in the 2018 ICAS Top 100 CAs Under 35 and in his spare time, he loves looking after his two young children, playing six-a-side football, supporting Manchester United, playing golf, learning Polish, and occasionally going out for dinner with his wife.
