Phillipa, who likes to go by Phil, enjoys collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals, taking the time to understand their business. She tailors her work, whether that's for due diligence projects, reporting accountant services, financial modelling, or valuation exercises, to meet each client's specific needs.
Phil specialises in managing fast-paced projects in both the private M&A and Capital Market sectors, with deal sizes ranging from £1 million to £50 million.
Phil began her career at HaysMac in 2019 as an audit trainee, achieved her ACA qualification in 2021, and transitioned to Transaction Advisory Services in 2022.
Beyond her work, Phil is a keen advocate for Women in Business and in 2022 founded a Female focused committee dedicated to cultivating and nurturing meaningful relationships among the incredible women within HaysMac.
In her spare time, Phil enjoys playing Netball with the HaysMac Hoops, trying out new cooking recipes (Ottolenghi is a favourite), and playing board games.
