Thabiso is passionate about training and developing people in the audit and accounting profession. He enjoys engaging with people across all levels and finding ways to create processes and controls, to assist in establishing better structures and long-term growth.
Thabiso also enjoys engaging in challenges that come with improving quality and technical issues, as well as dialogues around diversity and inclusion platforms.
He specialises in technical matters centred around auditing and accounting, as well as a major focus in developing training initiatives that cater to managing compliance and risk, with a key objective of delivering quality. He is also involved in the early talents career journey, both from a professional qualification and training aspect.
Prior to joining HaysMac, Thabiso was an Audit Manager at one of the Top 4 audit and assurance firms. After qualifying as a CA(SA), Thabiso moved abroad from South Africa to continue working on technical training, recruiting and career development initiatives, while managing his audit portfolio across different industries.
In his spare time, Thabiso enjoys going to dance classes, the theatre and keeping up with latest fashion trends. He also likes travelling, and experiencing different countries culture and traditions, while capturing all the beautiful memories through photography.
